Core IP Engineer

Liaising with project management teams, third-line engineers and service desk engineers on a regular basis.

Speaking with customers via email and phone for initial requirement capture. Responsible for Core, distribution devices L2 (VLAN, STP, TRUNK), L3, and L4 protocol configurations.

Manages security boxes and implementation of policies.

Provides Accurate Visibility into the Cobranet’s Network (IP/OSPF/EIGRP/BGP) at Layer 3.

Liaise with Network Engineers And Ensure Timely Management/Resolution of Faults occurring on the network

Manages tunnels (VPN (Site-to-Site and RA), DMVPN configurations, configuring routing, switching such as C7200, C2911, C2960, Mikrotiks: RB951, RB2100, RB1100, Ubiquti: USG, Huawei NetEngine20E, Sophos security box. Radios: Exalt, RocketM5, Cambium, Radwin, Ubnt. NMS: PRTG, CACTI, SOLAR WIND
